Director
Andrew Chan Kah Jun is the Founder & Managing Partner of Messrs. K J Chan Associates. He reads law at the University of the West of England (LL.B. Hons, 2010) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012. Mr. Andrew has had extensive experiences in the legal industry, to which his expertise comprises of areas relating to housing development as well as building construction.
Mr Andrew sits as a legal advisor to various construction related companies, as well as in public listed companies to offer his extensive experience and is frequently instructed in high-value disputes and complex transactions, bringing pragmatic, business-aligned solutions and a client-centred approach.
Kok Jiin Chuan

Mr. Kok Jiin Chuan graduated from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle in 2009 and subsequently completed his Bar Vocational Course (BVC) in 2010. He commenced his pupillage with Messrs Khaw & Partners and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011.
Upon his admission to the Bar, he began his legal practice with Messrs Pearly Ng, Soh & Associates in 2011 before furthering his career with Messrs Ngan Arifah & Chai in 2012. In 2013, he joined Messrs H. S. Tay, Baharin & Partners, where his dedication and expertise led to his promotion as Partner in 2017.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kok has gained extensive and diverse experience, having advised and acted in matters relating to Real Estate & Property, Corporate & Commercial, Probate, Trusts & Estates, Banking & Finance and Strata Management. His wide-ranging exposure across these practice areas has enabled him to provide comprehensive and practical legal solutions tailored to the needs of his clients.
